About

Updated 9.10.07

Well, my name is Ashley, I tend to like Tegan's songs most. I remember hearing "it's a silly time to learn to swim when you start to drown" and really liking that lyric; that's about when I started getting into Tegan and Sara. My love for them has been rekindled recently because of the new record... which will definitely be in my Top Albums of All Time someday haha. I made this site because, well honestly, just because I had to work on something web related. I'm interning at an awesome Communications company and when it gets slow, I need things to work on. I've made fansites for other bands (Paramore, Sum 41 haha) in the past and had a lot of fun with them. I love Tegan and Sara, so... I just started putting it together. I'm happy with this first layout and have had fun making it...

Anyway, I'm 19, I'm living in Minneapolis, MN. I'm going for my Bachelor's in Graphic Design. My favorite thing in the entire world is listening to good music through good headphones in the dark... I'm going to be 50 (or however long I live ha) and still doing this every night. Lately I've been listening to a lot of Paramore, The Graduate, Feist, Halos, The Blow, Death Cab For Cutie, Copeland, The Receiving End of Sirens, Electrelane, Girl Talk, The Format, Lights Out Dancing, The Sleeping, Rilo Kiley, & Say Anything. My favorite movie is Blue Crush; I know that it isn't original and the acting is pretty terrible but I've loved it forever, and can recite the entire thing with my sister. I watch too much Grey's Anatomy, The L Word and The Office. I'd recommend reading The Perks of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky & Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller... they're very good. My heroes are Kassidy, Heidi, Kaylan, Hayley, Brent, and my parents. I love my friends more than anything (everyone says that... I'm aware... but I love them with my whole heart). The end.

Don't be shy. Feel free to email me or talk to me on AIM.
