The Verge XM Radio

Tegan and Sara were interviewed and played 5 songs (Call It Off, Back In Your Head, The Con, Nineteen, and Burn Your Life Down) for almost 45 minutes tonight on The Verge - Channel 52 on XM Radio. The interviewer really knew what she was talking about, which was refreshing and led to a lot of good conversation.

My favorite thing from the whole interview was Sara saying "It's good that there's only two of us ... oh my goodness if there was more than just Tegan's opinion that mattered I would probably kill everyone. I would buy a weapon and just go crazy... metaphorically speaking."

So, things we learned:
Taking a month off then heading over to Europe
They're hoping to release more video during their break
They'll be touring the US and Canada again in the Spring or Fall
Tegan and Sara are a triple threat – music, banter & dancing
Unreleased tracks from recording put out soon
They're doing new shoes with Macbeth!
